  • AFTA Certifications: If you are not satisfied with your Executive Certificate course or encounter a dispute related to the course, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days prior to the course commencement date.
  • AAPM/GAFM Certifications: Please note that fees for AAPM/GAFM Certifications are non-refundable under any circumstances due to strict policies from Colorado, USA.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for the Executive Certificate course, please contact us via [email protected] within 14 days prior to the course commencement date.

Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

4. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used at the time of purchase (LKR or USD).
